MinePetro is a subscription-based marketplace for listing discovery and verification of opportunities in the oil, gas, and mining sectors. We facilitate connections between verified participants through tiered subscriptions but do not engage in trading, brokerage (unless separately contracted), or financial transactions.

• Complete with required specifications
• Subject to platform review and approval

5. Verification Requirements

All users must undergo mandatory verification. Access levels are determined by verification tier. Unverified users cannot contact verified users. The platform reserves the right to reject or revoke verification at any time.

Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant MinePetro.com a license to display and promote listings on the platform. Platform branding, design, and software are proprietary.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

9. Subscription Terms

All paid features require an active subscription:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Access restricted immediately upon subscription expiration
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment processed via Stripe or PayPal
