The cards shall be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of signing the subsequent contract/placing the order by the contracting authority, and based on its request, including the data necessary for personalizing the cards. The cards issued for the vehicles in the contracting authority’s vehicle fleet will be personalized, as applicable, with a unique card number and the vehicle number and/or the institution name and/or a unique code associated with each individual natural person user. At the time the notice is sent for signing a subsequent contract and for issuing fuel cards, the contracting authority shall indicate the elements for personalizing each card, according to the personalization options indicated by the proposed supplier in its offer. The cards will be secured with a unique password/PIN code associated with each card and may be blocked and/or cancelled in the event of theft or loss. Blocked and/or cancelled fuel cards (if they cannot be unblocked and/or reactivated), lost cards, and damaged cards shall be replaced by the supplier, which shall deliver them within a maximum of 5 working days from notification to this effect by the contracting authority. The costs related to the new cards, including issuance and delivery to the registered office(s) of the contracting authority, will not lead to additional costs for the contracting authority/entity, within the limit of a number of cards equal to that requested at the time the subsequent contract is concluded and/or, as applicable, at the time the subsequent contract(s)/previous subsequent contract(s) concluded with the same contractor are/was concluded and is/are ongoing. The cards shall have monthly quantitative and/or value limits set by the contracting authority and communicated at the time of signing the subsequent contract/placing the order; the quotas allocated to the cards may be modified/reallocated by the contracting authority through the fuel card management application, within the limit of the total contracted quantity. The use of the fuel cards may be limited to certain types/grades of fuel. The cards shall have a validity period equal to at least the duration of the subsequent contract. All cards will operate across the entire network of fuel stations of the economic operator. Economic operators shall supply fuel (diesel and gasoline) based on cards through the fuel supply stations. Therefore, it is necessary for economic operators to have at least 2 fuel supply stations at county level in Sibiu and a national network of fuel supply stations, present in at least each county seat, operating on a non-stop basis, in such a way as to ensure continuous fuel supply, essential for maintaining the efficiency of operations, especially in the case of emergency vehicles or those used for essential public services, considering the nature and the specifics of the contracting authority’s activities. All fuel supply stations made available by the economic operator must allow fueling based on a fuel card.

This public airport is of national significance for air traffic in North Rhine-Westphalia. The range of services includes not only scheduled and leisure flights, but also business and private charter services. The subject of this part is the execution of core drilling works, i.e. 4 core boreholes of depth of approximately 600 m, preparatory works for the drilling operations, including the implementation of measures to resolve conflicts of interest for the borehole locations and access roads, final works at the drilling sites, and the handover of land. Communication support for SÚRAO, data management of primary data, and their interpretation are also included. In the event of encountering unstable sections of the boreholes that will need to be stabilized, for example by grouting/injection, this scope shall also include basic hydrodynamic tests. From these sections, groundwater samples will be taken if there is sufficient inflow.
